One Health Commission partners with the Global Alliance for Rabies Control (GARC) in its ‘End Rabies Now” campaign. Over 120 countries are still affected by canine rabies. It kills someone every 9 minutes, mostly ages < 15 years. It doesn’t have to be this way. The world has the tools to End Rabies and protect both dogs and people.

 Envision our world as three circles representing people, animals, and the environment. At the moment, these separate shapes only slightly overlap and share a small, happy space nicknamed the"Ray of Hope for the Future." That ray of hope is One Health.

Two leading international One Health groups, the One Health Commission and the One Health Initiative Autonomous pro bono Team are partnering to help create and promote a comprehensive global education revolution that supports curriculum innovation on the unifying interconnected health of humans, animals, and the environment that sustains all life on earth.
