This conference highlighted a decade of advancements in combating vector-borne diseases in the Mediterranean region, which is significantly impacted by climate change. The MediLabSecure project received support from the European Commission and enhanced collaboration across 22 countries, strengthening regional cooperation and multisectoral approaches to foster preparedness and response capacities. Benoît Miribel emphasized the integration of human, animal, and environmental health through the One Sustainable Health Forum to achieve global sustainable health.
