Soulsby Foundation names recipients of inaugural One Health travel fellowships

Baron Soulsby of Swaffham (Lord Soulsby), who died in May 2017, was a pioneer and champion of the One Health concept who sought to inspire colleagues and students to view animal and human medicine as one continuous health-related tapestry.
The Soulsby Foundation was established by Lord Soulsby in 2016 to support talented veterinary and medical researchers at an stage in their careers through competitively awarded travelling fellowships. The Foundation has awarded the inaugural Soulsby Travelling Fellowships to Dr Camilla Benfield (Royal Veterinary College, University of London) and Dr Andrew Stringer (North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine to support their work in the international field of One Health.
